How to connect and install VPN installer:
For xp double click to open vpn
For windows 7 right click the OpenVPNPortable and select run as administrator
change your profile name
and connect

If ever 00 receiving data disconnect and connect
Click start button and click run type cmd and enter..
command prompt
need the highest receiving or uploading data to connect, if this is 00 not connected
if ever your dashboard connection is good feedback then go next step.if the feedback is low or 00 kbps just disconnect and connect only.then next,
how to install openvpn
For xp double click to install the openvpn.exe
For windows 7 right click the OpenVPNPortable and select run as administrator
just click yes to proceed installation
go to proxy settings
then check the use openvpn configuration setting nad click ok
then go to the openvpn icon that is red color at the right side toolbar right click then connect.

then if connected the icon become green color
Red color : not connected
Yellow color: connecting
Green color : connected
